# Heavenly Kingdoms Patch #18

Changes from February 25-27th

- Builder's Wand
    - Star Wand
        - Readded as it's unaffected by the durability bug mentioned in patch #16 (is unbreakable).

- Custom Enchantments
    - Soul Harvest
        - Cooldown redcued to 0 from 30 seconds.
    - Scavenger
        - Cooldown lowered to 0 from 5 seconds.
        - Chance increased to 50 from 2/4%.
        - Increased number of tiers to 5 from 2.
        - Lowered drop multiplier to 10-40/10-45/10-50/10-55/10-60 from 50-100/50-200%.
        - Now applies to all weapons and the Spyglass
    - Seasoned
        - Chance lowered to 50 from 50/55/60/65%.
        - Experience increased to 2-6/2-9/2-12/2-15 from 2-4/2-5/2-6/3-9.
    - Soul Extract
        - Lowered cooldown to 5 from 25/35/45
    - Soul Ore, Soul Earth, Soul Tree
        - Lowered cooldown to 5 from 25/20/15

- Custom Enchantments: Enchanting Table
    - Can now get Basic and Uncommon Enchantments from the Enchanting Table again.
        - Chance for custom enchantments reduced to 80 from 100%.
        - Basic Enchantments have 20 higher weighted chance than Uncommon.

    - All levels should now be colored properly (from Level 1 to 120).
    - The Overworld
        - Increased Health scaling to 1.225 from 0.9.
        - Increased Attack Damage scaling to 1.33 from 0.65.
        - Increased Ranged Attack Damage scaling to 1.125 from 0.5.
        - Increased Creeper Damage scaling to 1.1 from 0.25.
    - The Nether
        - Increased health scaling to 1.6 from 0.9.
        - Increased Attack Damage scaling to 1.5 from 0.65.
        - Increased Ranged Attack Damage scaling to 1.4 from 0.5.
        - Increased Creeper Damage scaling to 1.5 from 0.25.
        - Increased Experience drop scaling to 1.1 from 1.05.
        - Increased Armor bonus scaling to 0.025 from 0.01.
    - The End
        - Increased Health scaling to 2.225 from 0.9.
        - Increased Attack Damage scaling to 1.775 from 0.65.
        - Increased Ranged Attack Damage scaling to 1.6 from 0.5.
        - Increased Creeper Damage to 1.5 from 0.25.
        - Increased Experience drop scaling to 1.15 from 1.05.
        - Increased Armor bonus scaling to 0.035 from 0.01.

        - Should now properly handle the chance values, meaning rarer prizes are now calculated properly.
            - View the precise chance for each reward using "/rewards".

## Known Issues
- Known Issues
    - Connecting to Server
        - Older clients are automatically kicked from the server when they accept the server resource pack. The chances of this being fixed seem low at the present moment. We may remove the oldest currently supported clients completely.
            - 1.8 clients are known to have this issue.
            - 1.12 and newer **should** have no issues.

    - Dynamic View Distance
        - Due to how the Minecraft Client and Server interact with each other, fog distance may appear much further away than it would normally do. This is likely the best solution at the present.

    - Custom Enchantments
        - Experience
            - Ultimate enchantment.
            Doesn't seem to be dropping experience when it should.
        - Vein Miner
            - Unique enchantment.
            If using "Custom Enchantment: Experience", only the initial block broken yields the bonus experience.
            Blocks that should be affected by Fortune (e.g. Diamond Ore) may not have the Fortune experience applied to it.
        - Custom Enchantment: Void Charge
            - Fabled enchantment.
            Enchantment may not activate. May need to be completely changed or removed.
            Players who have Void Charge may be refunded a random Fabled Enchantment Book if contacting an admin.
